Request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Photo Hunt Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your Photo Hunt display name, your friend code if available, and recent game details that may help us locate the correct anonymous profile. A friend code helps us locate a profile but does not by itself verify ownership.
3. We will provide a unique support phrase and ask you to temporarily save it as your Photo Hunt display name. We verify that phrase on the friend-code record before processing deletion. We may ask for limited additional information when reasonably necessary to confirm the request applies to you.

Data that will be deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete the Photo Hunt information that we can associate with the player, including:

• the player's display name, anonymous profile record, age-access record, friend-code record, and temporary profile-avatar copies;
• incoming and outgoing friend requests, friendship records involving the player, and player-block records created by or about that player;
• game participation records, games controlled by the player-deletion procedure, submitted hunt photos, votes, and related gameplay and upload records that remain in our systems;
• Firebase purchase entitlements and unlock records associated with the profile; and
• in purchase-enabled versions, the applicable RevenueCat customer data.

The procedure also deletes the player's Firebase profile and subcollections and anonymous Firebase Authentication user. If a RevenueCat webhook de-duplication record must remain for its approved retention period, the Firebase user identifier is removed from that record.

Information on your device

Information stored only on your device, such as the local access category, eligibility recheck date, and local profile image, can be removed by clearing Photo Hunt's app data or uninstalling the app. The entered birth date is evaluated locally; it is not retained as a birth-date field or uploaded. Removing local data is not a request to delete information held by our online services.

Removing a downloaded Pak only removes its locally downloaded content. It does not refund the purchase, erase purchase history, or remove the associated ownership entitlement.

App-store and payment-provider records

Deleting Photo Hunt data does not automatically delete records held independently by Google Play, another app store, or another payment provider. Those providers manage their own records and any applicable refund requests under their own policies. A Photo Hunt deletion request is not a purchase refund request. If a purchase is later restored through an app store, purchase records may be recreated to deliver the content.

Data that may be kept

Safety reports, copies of reported photos, and related moderation or abuse-prevention records may be retained for up to 24 months from the date of the report. We keep this limited information to investigate reports, enforce safety rules, prevent repeated abuse, resolve disputes, and protect players.

RevenueCat webhook de-duplication records may be retained for up to 730 days, but the Firebase user identifier is removed if verified profile deletion occurs sooner. Information may be retained longer only when genuinely required to comply with a legal obligation, preserve evidence for an active legal matter, or respond to a valid government request. A legal hold applies only to records required for that matter, and those records are deleted when the need ends.
